None. WatchRetro does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you do in the app stays on your device:

• Game data — your high scores, recent runs, achievements, unlocked difficulties, and progress are stored locally on your Apple Watch (and, if you use the optional iPhone companion, on your iPhone) using Apple's on-device frameworks, inside the app's private sandbox.
• Settings — your sound, haptics, Crown-sensitivity, and theme preferences are stored the same way, on-device only.

This data never leaves your device. We have no servers, and the app makes no network requests of any kind.

• We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
• We do not use analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs.
• We do not include third-party tracking, advertising identifiers, or marketing tools.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.
• We do not require an account, sign-in, or login.
• We do not make in-app purchases or contain ads.
• We have no backend and no cloud — the app works fully in Airplane Mode with no iPhone present.

If you use the optional iPhone companion on a device that supports Apple Intelligence, the app can generate a short "Coach" recap of your own game history. This runs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device model. Your data is not sent to us or any third party. On devices without Apple Intelligence, the recap is computed locally.

WatchRetro is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it does not knowingly collect information from children or anyone, and complies with COPPA by design.

All data is stored only on your device. You can clear your scores any time in Settings, and deleting the app removes all of its data.

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised version at the same URL.
